IOW 1 6 1983 5 M <br />attempt to designate equipment purchased under this agreement for <br />use in the North County area. <br />7. To aid in the performance of the goals set forth in <br />this agreement Indian River County shall assign at least one full <br />time employee to the project. This employee shall fall under the <br />Indian River County Personnel Rules and Regulations but shall be <br />under the immediate supervision of the Board of Directors of North <br />County Recreation. As a County employee, the individual shall <br />ultimately be responsible to the County Administrator. This <br />employee will devote full time efforts to enhance the recreational <br />opportunities in the North County area by implementing. budgeted <br />projects pursuant to this agreement. <br />8. Indian. River County agrees to include the North <br />County Recreation Board of Directors as well as approved projects <br />and activities pursuant to this agreement within the scope of <br />coverage of the County's insurance in such amounts as the County <br />determines to be warranted from time to time. <br />9.
