NOV 16 1993 <br />IkK 5.5 ?4.L391' - <br />ALTERNATIVE AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to be benefited owners will be less than computed <br />on the preliminary assessment rolls, the only alternative presented is to <br />approve the final assessment rolls. <br />RECONA MATIONS AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Final Assessment Rolls for the paving of 23rd. <br />Avenue be approved by the Board of County Commissioners and that they be <br />transmitted to the Office of the -Clerk to the Board for collection. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Scurlock, the <br />Board unanimously approved the final <br />assessment for the paving of 23rd Ave. <br />between 1st St.'S.w. to 4th St. at an <br />interest rate of 12% per annum. <br />Said Assessment Roll is on file in the Office of the Clerk <br />The Board of County Commissioners thereupon recessed at <br />12:00 Noon for lunch and reconvened at 1:30 P.M.
