Said lands lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />AND <br />Parcel Two (301): <br />Being a part of Section 32, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of <br />Section 32, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, thence running along the West <br />line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32, South 00 degrees 37' 26" West (bearings <br />are based on said West line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32 and all other <br />bearings shown herein are relative thereto), a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning, thence running with the South right-of-way line of C.R. 510 <br />(Wabasso Road), South 89 degrees 31'48" East, a distance of 84.99 feet; thence <br />South 00 degrees 37' 25" West, a distance of 35.36 feet to a point; thence along <br />a curve concave to the South having a chord bearing of North 84 degrees 24' <br />57" West; thence along said curve having a radius of 3,565.00 feet through a <br />central angle of 01 degrees 36' 26" and are distance of 85.31 feet to a point; <br />thence North 00 degrees 37' 26" East, with the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 32, a distance of 27.75 feet to the Point of Beginning.
