<br />This Special Warranty Deed is executed this 77— day of January, 2009, by Neil J. Gaeta, as
<br />Trustee of the Vero Beach Florida Land Trust Agreement dated 8/21/06, hereinafter called
<br />the grantor, to Indian River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
<br />whose post office address is: 180127 1h St., Vero Beach, FL 32960, hereinafter called the grantee:

<br />legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations,
<br />wherever the context so admits or requires.)
<br />Witnesseth, That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and/or other valuable
<br />consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
<br />remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in County of
<br />Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit:

<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, said 40.00 foot wide strip
<br />being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer of said
<br />Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27; proceed South 89 degrees 53'03" East along
<br />the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, a distance of 134.05 feet to a point on
<br />the Southerly extension of the East line of Grace Pines Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17,
<br />at Pages 19 and 19A, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; thence run North 01
<br />degrees 55'09" East along said extended East line, a distance of 35.02 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning; said point being 35 feet North of, when measured perpendicular to, the South line of
<br />said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and 135.00 feet East of, as measured parallel to said
<br />South line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence continue North 01 degrees 55' 09"
