<br />This deed, made as of this 25th day of June, 2008, by Vete Derice, a/k/a Vede Derisse, a/k/a Vete
<br />Derisse, joined by his wife, Yanick Derice (as Grantor); and Indian River County, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is: 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach,
