It is a certificate stating <br />that all actions taken in regard to those bonds occurred <br />under the Sunshine Law, and the only way to certify that is <br />for each of the Commissioners to sign it. It could not be <br />done prior to the closing because some of the Commissioners <br />were unavailable. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the <br />Board unanimously authorized the signatures <br />of all the Commissioners on Public Meeting <br />Certificate for General Development Bond <br />Issue, as recommended by the County Attorney. <br />24 <br />
