B�idK 55 PnE 763 <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS OF EASEMENTS, RIVERA ESTATES <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that these are a series <br />of deeds of easements that were requested by the Public <br />Works Dept. to enable them to improve the drainage in this <br />particular subdivision. He recommended that the Board <br />formally accept the deeds of easements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board <br />unanimously accepted and authorized the <br />Chairman's Signature on the deeds of easement <br />for Lots 1-9, Block 6, Rivera Estates. <br />SAID EASEMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />AGREEMENT REGARDING SR -60 WATER, LINE (continued from <br />12/21/83) <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that Attorney Samuel <br />Block, representing West County Utility, Inc., had advised <br />that the corporation is agreeable to this contract; however, <br />there are a few minor changes that have been made which do <br />not affect the content of the document. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, that the Board <br />approve the -Water Service Agreement between the <br />County and West County Utility, Inc. <br />Under discussion, Attorney Brandenburg explained that <br />the third "whereas" clause on Page 1 has been changed to <br />read, "by extending a waterline along proposed route <br />consisting of a path leading from the connection point at <br />20th Avenue and Oslo Road northward along 43rd Avenue to 8th <br />Street...." <br />26 <br />
