She continued <br />that they have not designated a specific area other than an <br />outdoor area for caging for birds, but they will have the <br />capability of keeping injured birds in their medical areas <br />within the facility as they are doing now. <br />Commissioner Lyons asked Administrator Wright if his <br />departments are in a position to meet the terms of this <br />agreement, and the Administrator confirmed that he has <br />discussed this with Public Works Director Davis, and they <br />have no objections. <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) approved the Agreement with the Humane <br />Society with the wording in paragraph 4 being <br />changed to read "extend its current waterline <br />10' west of the Road & Bridge Department entrance <br />on the north side of South Gifford Road." <br />14 <br />
