JAN 18 1984 WK. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unani- <br />mously (4-0) added the above matter to <br />today's agenda as Item 11 D. <br />55 rAGE 896 <br />Commissioner Lyons requested that approval of the <br />Chairman's signature to an Agreement for State Aid to <br />Libraries be added to the agenda. <br />The Administrator suggested this be made a part of the <br />Consent Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unani- <br />mously (4-0) added the above item to the <br />Consent Agenda as Item 6 F. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />December 15, 1983. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) approved the Minutes of the Special <br />Meeting of December 15, 1983, as written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular .Meeting of <br />December 21, 1983.
