There <br />have been very few complaints as to service or quality of serv- <br />ice. When there have been problems we feel they have been hand- <br />led properly and in a timely fashion. <br />There are some deficiencies in service, as they relate <br />to D.E.R. Regulations. Our plant does not meet current D.E.R. <br />Standards. <br />Filters and retention time, polishing pond capacity are <br />a few of these deficiencies. They will be described in more <br />detail by our engineer later in the hearing. <br />While we have met obligations to our customers we find <br />we will not be able to do so in the near future. <br />Reasons: In addition to meeting D.E.R. Regulations, we <br />must expand our facilities to meet demand of future customers <br />within our Franchised Area as imposed by the terms of our <br />Franchise. <br />According to our calculations, we will not have sufficient <br />capacity in our plants to serve future customers. <br />33 <br />
