All signalized intersections and signal systems covered <br />by this order are referenced to an agreement of record <br />dated July 21, 1980 between the Department and <br />Public Body and no supplemental agreement is required. <br />2. The Public Body is hereby authorized and requested to <br />undertake the maintenance and operation of one (1) <br />signalized intersections on the State Highway System as <br />listed in part C of this order. The following previous- <br />ly numbered and dated orders shall remain in effect and <br />are not altered by this order. <br />C.
