FEB 1 1984 <br />9�OK 56 .52 <br />enforcement and have the Building Dept. run short of necessary <br />operating funds to serve the trades people. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, that the <br />Board accept the recommendation of the County <br />Administrator in the above memo of 1/23/84 and <br />authorized the increase and decrease to coincide <br />on the same day. <br />Under discussion, Director Rymer felt that it will <br />speed things up if we eliminate that one step. She pointed <br />out that this will only affect single family homes, and <br />Administrator Wright emphasized that this change will not <br />affect the site plan approval process. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if the building permit fee <br />would increase for a single family home, and Director Rymer <br />reported that they are going to increase the cost of the <br />building permit and plans examining.fee by 25% to coincide <br />with the City of Vero Beach, but at the same time eliminate <br />the zoning fees. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion was voted on and carried <br />unanimously. <br />FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL - PETITION PAVING - 14th AVENUE AND <br />38th AVENUE <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/24/84: <br />52 <br />wl <br />
