It is our understanding that your firm will not represent private <br />parties with respect to any matters involving the County during <br />the time -you are engaged by the County. That all of the work <br />product, data, etc. developed by your office while employed by the <br />County shall become the sole property of the County at the end of <br />your engagement and shall not be used during or after the term of <br />this engagement for the benefit of any party other than Indian <br />River County without the County's approval. <br />I look forward to working with you on this -project. If the terms' <br />of this Letter of Agreement are satisfactory, please execute it in <br />the place provided below and return it to my office. Such <br />bills and accounts being on file in the Office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the <br />respective bonds being listed in the Supplemental Minute <br />Book as provided by the rules of the Legislative Auditor, <br />reference to. such record and list so recorded being made a <br />part of these Minutes. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 11:15 o'clock <br />A.
