r FEB 8 1984 <br />am 56. u6i 95'. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hea ing. <br />Commissioner Lyons wished to know if any consideration <br />of financial responsibility was involved in the original <br />approval of the site plan, and Attorney Brandenburg stated <br />that the County does not look at financing as part of site <br />plan approval. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, that ordi- <br />nance 84-2 be adopted amending ordinance -- <br />71-3 re site plan approval time limita- <br />tions and transfer. <br />Commissioner Wodtke wished to know if requiring that <br />the site plan go with the land when there is a transfer of <br />ownership does not get involved with contractual zoning, and <br />Attorney Brandenburg felt it. does not when you look at it <br />from the perspective that if a site plan meets all the <br />County ordinances and is a good project, it should be <br />allowed to be built no matter who owns it.
