Because you submirted a subsritute <br />letter of credit in an amount acceptable to the County Engineer prior to September 6, 200t1. the <br />countv will not pull the existing letter of credit. Rather, the county has accepted the extended lener <br />of credit (in the amount of $39,991.45) and has set a final deadline for completion of rhe final 3/4" <br />asphalt lift and completion of all internal sidewalks. That final completion deadline is Seprember <br />5, 2001.
