<br />VARIANCE REQUEST
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Indian
<br />River County Board of County Commissioners,
<br />acting as the governing body, shall hold a public
<br />hearing at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />shall have an opportunity to be heard, on Febru-
<br />ary 15, 1984, in the County Commission Cham-
<br />bers, located in the County Administration, Build-
<br />ing, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, at 9:30 A.M.
<br />or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to make a
<br />decision concerning J.R. CHARLES' REQUEST
<br />FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 10 -C -3(a) of
<br />the County's Subdivision Ordinance 8344. The
<br />variance requested by Mr. Charles is.to be re-
<br />lieved from the ordinance requirement that 2nd
<br />Street SW be extended into the proposed sub-,
