in <br />Resolution 2000-134 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABOLISHING THE <br />LOCAL ENERGY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE <br />AND DISCHARGING ITS MEMBERS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 103.04, The Code of Indian River County <br />(Ordinance 90-20), the executive aide to the Board of County Commissioners keeps a <br />current list of all advisory board resolutions with a current roster of their membership; and <br />WHEREAS, formation of the Local Energy Management Committee preceded the <br />adoption of Indian River County Ordinance 90-20; and <br />WHEREAS, the Local Energy Management Committee has not held a meeting in <br />several years, <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Local Energy Management Committee is hereby abolished, <br />and the members of the Local Energy Management Committee are hereby discharged of <br />their duties in connection therewith. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Stanbridge , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Ginn , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Vice Chairman Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Ruth Stanbridge Aye <br />Commissioner John W. Tippin Aye <br />
