FP- <br />FEB 2 2 1984 56 PACE 1 <br />Commissioner Bird informed the Board that we actually <br />have made more improvements out there in the last two years <br />than in the last twenty, and we are working right now to <br />come up with a site to tie the homes out there and.the park <br />into a sewer plant. <br />It was noted that the road out to the lake presents a <br />serious problem, but this cannot be addressed through the <br />Boating Funds. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />Said contract is on file in the Office of the Clerk. <br />DISCUSSION RE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF SOUTH BEACH <br />Charles Vitunac, Attorney for the City of Vero Beach, <br />read the following letter and requested that the <br />Commissioners sign the consent forms he passed out, noting <br />that the County can't vote anyway since it is a corporation. <br />I CONSENT FORM <br />The undersigned owner(s) of land in the South Beach unincorporated area of Indian <br />River County hereby consent to the holding of a referendum on a proposed annex- <br />ation of this area into the City of Vero Beach.
