y <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reinstruct the <br />County's depositories as to the signatures necessary to honor <br />County -warrants, checks or other orders for the payment of money <br />drawn in the Commission's name. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, sitting in regular session <br />that: <br />1. The County Commission has in the past designated <br />certain banking institutions as official depositories of County <br />funds, such designations are hereby ratified and affirmed, and <br />Z. That each designated depository of the Commission is <br />hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor checks, <br />warrants.or other orders for the payment of money drawn in the <br />Commission's name, including those payable to the individual order <br />of any person or persons whose name or names appear thereon, when <br />bearing the facsimile signature of the Chairman of the County <br />Commission and the facsimile signature of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court, when said check warrants'or other orders for the payment of <br />money equals or does not exceed the sum of _Three Thousand Dollars <br />($3,000.00). <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Wod.tke and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />mice -Chairman Patrick B.
