MAR 7 1994 ee©K �� NCE319 <br />Mrs. Kosmala and Mr. Vuikovich did not agree; they felt <br />the paving should have been done right the first time and <br />they should not have to pay more than they have been billed. <br />Attorney Brandenburg pointed out that the County <br />probably would not have paved that street at all if the <br />residents hadn't requested it, and they agreed to pay their <br />percentage of the entire cost. <br />Commissioner Wodtke also noted that the original <br />estimate was presented at the public hearing; the residents <br />agreed to pay up to that amount to have the road done, and <br />even with the additional assessment, the cost still will be <br />less than the original estimate. <br />Mr. Vuikovich and Mrs. Kosmala both continued to <br />present strenuous objections to paying any additional <br />assessment. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing re 10th Court. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 84-17 providing for addi- <br />tional asphalt paving improvements to 10th <br />Court between 2nd and 4th Sts. <br />(Assessment Roll for Petition Paving as set out <br />in Res. 84-17 is on file in Clerk's Office) <br />32 <br />
