MAR 71994 <br />B0VK 56 PAGE312 <br />WHEREAS, any special assessment not paid within said <br />ninety (90) day period shall bear interest beyond the due date at a <br />rate of 12% per annum and shall be payable in two (2) equal install- <br />ments, the first to be made twelve (12) months from the due date and <br />the second to be made twenty-four(24) months from the due date; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and antici- <br />pated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County CamnLis- <br />sioners has determined that the following described properties shall <br />receive a direct and special benefit from these improvements, to wit: <br />Lots 1 - 17, Block J; Lots 1 - 17, Block K; as shown on the <br />Plat of Indian River Heights Subdivision, Unit 7, Plat Book 7 <br />Page 29 of Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF DIDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for additional paving improve- <br />ments to 10th Court, between 2nd Street and 4th Street, heretofore <br />designated as Public Works Project No.8301, is hereby approved subject <br />to the terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of Ordi- <br />nance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wodtke Who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
