her <br />11100 <br />RESOLUTION NO, 2000-126 <br />IN TME 11110011011 OP <br />JEFFREY K. morrow <br />CLERK cIRCUgt COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA. <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A REAR YARD EASEMENT ON LOT 8, BLOCK E, SEAGROVE SUBDIVSION <br />UNIT 3 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a utility easement on Lot 8, Block E, of <br />SEAGROVE SUBDIVISION UNIT 3; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no <br />public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />MICHELLE MARIE RIEMER <br />1870 OCEAN WAY <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32963 <br />her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the north rear yard ten foot utility easement, less and except the jive loot east and west side <br />yard utility easements, of Lot 8, Block E, Seagrove Subdivision, Unit 3, according to the plat <br />thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 21, of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht <br />by Commissioner Ginn , and adopted on the 10th day of <br />October 2000, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Fran B.
