Wednesday, March 14, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, March 14, 1984, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, William C. Wodtke, Jr., and <br />Richard N. Bird. Also present were Michael J. Wright, <br />County Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; L.S. "Tommy" Thomas, General <br />Services Director; Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB Director; and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order and <br />Commissioner Bird led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Wodtke requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a brief discussion re the Indian River County <br />Mental Health Center. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously added the above item to today's <br />Agenda. <br />56 p <br />MAR 14 1984 Rai 4,? -39r <br />J <br />
