It will <br />completely uproot her and change her whole life style. Mr. <br />Schlitt felt that if Mrs. Fultz does donate the <br />right-of-way, it will be due to the fact that she is <br />interested in seeing the County progress in an orderly <br />fashion. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the <br />Board unanimously closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the <br />Board unanimously adopted Ordinance 84-10, <br />amending Ordinance 71-3, Appendix "A" of the <br />Code of Laws, known as the Zoning Code, <br />Section 25, creating Section 25 (t) re street <br />and right-of-way dedication, with the insertion <br />recommended by the County Attorney. <br />Commissioner Lyons suggested that a map of the County's <br />plan for the extension of Indian River Boulevard be <br />published in the newspaper so that the public can see <br />exactly what the County is planning. <br />34 <br />MAR 14 1984 BQac 56 PA425 <br />
