CONKLIN <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOTS 3 <br />& 4, BLOCK X, OSLO PARK <br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2 <br />FROM: Bett 'Dav s REFERENCES: Gary Conklin <br />Code Enforcement Officer DIS:CDENF <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of March 21, 1984. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Gary A. Conklin, owner of the <br />subject property, for release of the common side lot 5 foot <br />easement of Lots 3 and 4, Block X, Unit #2, Oslo Park <br />Subdivision, these easements being the North 5 feet of Lot 4, <br />Block X and the South 5 feet of Lot 3, Block X Oslo Park <br />Subdivision, Unit 2, found in Plat Book 4, Page 13. These --lots <br />are 50 feet in width and 100 feet in depth. <br />It is Mr-. Conklin' s intention to consolidate the two lots and <br />construct a single family residence on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is R-1, Single Family Res- <br />idential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density <br />Residential, up to six units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power & <br />Light Company, Florida Cablevision, Inc., and the Utility and <br />Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their review, there were <br />no objections to release of the easement. The zoning staff <br />analysis, which included a site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled by the.existing front and rear <br />swales. <br />It is the zoning staff's opinion that to release the common <br />side Lot 5 foot utility and drainage easement, being the north <br />5 feet of Lot 4, Block X, and the South 5 feet of Lot 3, Block <br />X, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 2, would have no adverse effect. <br />4 <br />
