BOOK 886, PAGES 1379-1382 <br />OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA TO ACCURATELY RECITE <br />THE CLOSING, ABANDONMENT AND VACATION <br />OF 88TH COURT SOUTH OF 22 IND STREET <br />(RATHER THAN SOUTH OF 22ND AVENUE). <br />WHEREAS, on October 23, 1990 a public hearing was held by <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida to <br />consider a petition from Susan Gierock of 8865 22nd Street requesting the <br />County to close, vacate, abandon, and disclaim any right, title and interest <br />of the County and the public in and to 88th Court south of 22nd Street; and <br />WHEREAS, proper notice of the public hearing was published <br />in accordance with Florida Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, at that public hearing the Board considered <br />supporting documents, staff investigation and report, and testimony of all <br />those interested and present; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners by a vote of <br />4 -to -0 (with the Vice Chairman being absent) passed Resolution No. 90-160 <br />to close, abandon and vacate 88th Court south of 22nd Street; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of adoption of Resolution No. 90-160 was <br />published once within thirty (30) days from the date of adoption and <br />Resolution No. 90-160 was thereafter recorded in O.R. Book 886, Pages <br />1379-1382 of the Public Records of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, it has recently come to the attention of the County <br />that there is a scrivener's error in the title to Resolution No. 90-160, <br />specifically it recited 22nd Avenue when in fact it should be 22nd Street; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />
