FLA. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-149 <br />900uMr.41V WAIN <br />NO110 <br />M <br />NMSal IS MMCL <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 109, THE SANCTUARY SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and lake maintenance <br />easement on Lot 109 of The Sanctuary Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />GHO VERO BEACH IV, INC. <br />5610 CORPORATE WAY <br />WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33407 <br />its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the northwesterly five feet of the southeasterly ten foot -wide side yard drainage and lake <br />maintenance easement of Lot 109, The Sanctuary Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as <br />recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 23B of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />by Commissioner Stanbr i dqe , and adopted on the <br />December 2000, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Fran B.
