� o r <br />DISCUSSION RE COMMISSIONERS' VACATION SCHEDULE <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 3/26/84: <br />TO: Board of County DATE: March 26, 1984 FILE: <br />Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Vacation schedule <br />FROM Don C. Scurlock, Jr. REFERENCES: <br />Chairman <br />Since July 4th.falls on a Wednesday and the Board has agreed <br />to cancel the Commission meeting for the first week in July, I <br />would like to suggest that we cancel the meeting of June 27th <br />(the last week in June) giving the Commission two weeks of <br />uninterrupted vacation time. Budget sessions usually begin in <br />July and this year they probably will start on or about July 9th. <br />Please consider this and if you have no objections I will <br />bring it up at the April 4th meeting for approval. <br />The Board discussed their schedules and commitments <br />during the suggested time period and agreed to cancel the <br />Regular Meeting of June 27, 1984. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously (4-0) canceled the Regular <br />Meeting of June 27, 1984 of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Commissioner Lyons reported that he is considering <br />disbanding the_EMS Committee as such and has instructed <br />Attorney Brandenburg to research the Statutes re the <br />Committee's charter.
