I 1B <br />A RESOLI'TION OF TIIE BOARD OF COUNTT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INIDIAT{ RIVER COUNTT' FLORIDA APPROVING TRAFFIC ConnRoL <br />DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY IIIE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the Director of public <br />Works to maintain a ledger listing the traffic control devices in the unincorporated area of <br />the County (Section 312.l8,Indian River County Code); and <br />WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the Board of County <br />Commissioners for approval; and <br />TVIIEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as Exhibit ,'A" to this <br />Resolution, <br />NoW TIIEREFoRE BE IT RESoLVED BY TIIE BoARD oF couruy <br />coMMIssIoNERs oF INDIAN RrvER couNrY' FLORTDA THAT: <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the traffic control <br />device ledger which is Exhibit "A' to this resolution. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by C-ommissioner <br />-Ti <br />ppi n and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Stanbr i dge and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
