Wednesday, April 4, 1984 _ <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Special Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, April 4, 1984, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. Present <br />were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice <br />Chairman; Richard N. Bird; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. <br />Absent due to illness was Margaret C. Bowman. Also present <br />were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Gary <br />Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Terrance Pinto, Director of Utilities; and Virginia <br />Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The.hour of 7:00 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />APR 4 1984 BOOK 56 PAGE 616 <br />
