r SPR 4�'-4 <br />�� BOOK 56 : PAGE 665- <br />(2) Person is any person, firm, partnership, associa- <br />tion, corporation, company or organization of any kind. <br />(3) Water is water from the County water supply <br />system. <br />B. Application of regulations. The provisions of this <br />section shall apply to all persons using water in the County <br />regardless of whether any person using water shall have a contract <br />for water services within the County. <br />C. Certain uses prohibited. The use and withdrawal of <br />water by any person between the hours to be designated by the <br />County Commission in its declaration that a state of emergency <br />exists for the following purposes is hereby prohibited: <br />(1) Watering yards. The sprinkling, watering or irri- <br />gating of shrubbery, trees, lawns, grass, ground cover, plants, <br />vines, gardens, vegetables, flowers, or any other vegetation. <br />(2) Washing mobile equipment. The washing of'automo- <br />biles, trucks, trailers, trailer -houses, or any other type of <br />mobile equipment. <br />(3) Cleaning outdoor surfaces. The washing of side- <br />walks, driveways, filling station aprons, porches and other out- <br />door surfaces. <br />(4) Ornamental fountains. The operation of any orna- <br />mental fountain or other structure making a similar use of water. <br />(5) Swimming pools. Swimming and wading pools not <br />employing a filter and recirculating system. <br />(6) Escape through defective plumbing. The escape of <br />water through defective plumbing, which shall mean the knowing <br />permission for defective plumbing to remain out of repair. <br />D. Exception to maintain sanitation and to provide for <br />hardship cases. The County Administrator shall have the authority <br />to permit a reasonable use of water in any case necessary to <br />maintain adequate health and sanitation standards. Any user of <br />water for business purposes may apply for a temporary permit from <br />the County Administrator for relief from the provisions of this <br />section provided a written request for authorization to use water <br />shall indicate that a hardship exists, and the nature of the <br />=26- M <br />
