ORDINANCE NO. 84-23 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />redesignate the hereinafter described property and pursuant <br />thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which <br />parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and the <br />accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots Five, Six, and Seven, Block number One, in Colored <br />School Subdivision a Subdivision of the -Northeast 1/4 of <br />the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 31 South, Range <br />39 East according to the plat thereof filed and of -record <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from LD -1, "Low Density Residential 1" to <br />"Commercial" <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />.described in said Land Use Element. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 18thday of April. <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: l <br />DON C.
