Any <br />s <br />significant discrepancies will be reported to the County <br />Engineer. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if we will have the monies in <br />the Transportation Funds when it becomes necessary to pay <br />for this work and Director Davis stated that the money would <br />be there subject to the donation of the right-of-way along <br />the corridors. He reported that the Engineers will be <br />submitting a verification and -cost estimate along with a <br />preliminary design of the project. <br />Director Davis then confiYmpd that the amount of the <br />agreement up for approval today is $204,000, and that the <br />funds will come from the Second Gas Tax Account, which has a <br />balance of $4 -million. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board <br />unanimously (3-0) approved the Professional <br />Engineering Services Agreement with Kimley and <br />Horn Associates, Inc. for the southerly extension <br />of Indian River Boulevard and 12th Street, <br />including the three changes as agreed to this <br />morning, and authorized the Chairman's signature. <br />SAID AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />45 E' <br />x <br />
