All personal property placed or moved onto the leased <br />premises by the Lessee shall be at the risk of Lessee and -Lessor <br />shall not be liable for any damage to said personal property no <br />matter what the cause. <br />S. Lessor shall pay all electric charges which may become <br />payable during the term of this lease for electricity used by <br />Lessee on the leased premises. <br />6. In the event that Lessee abandons the premises or uses <br />the premises for an unauthorized purpose, then the Lessor may <br />terminate this lease upon sixty (60) days written notice to <br />Lessee. If the leased site becomes unfit or undesirable for use <br />for Lessee's purposes, Lessee may terminate this lease upon sixty <br />(60) days written notice to Lessor. <br />7. This lease shall bind the respective parties, assigns or <br />successors. <br />8. This lease constitutes the entire agreement of the <br />parties hereto and shall supersede all prior offers, negotiations <br />and agreements. No revisions of this lease shall be valid unless <br />executed in writing by both parties. <br />9. The Lessee warrants that it is insured and shall remain <br />so insured during the term of this lease in accordance with <br />Section 768.26, Florida Statutes. <br />10. Lessee shall comply with all applicable state, federal <br />and local rules and regulations and laws for the type of activity <br />involved. Lessee also agrees that its use of the communication <br />tower is limited to use that does not interfere in any way with <br />the tower's current occupant's use and further agrees that the <br />signal broadcast.by Lessee shall not interfere or degrade signals <br />produced by the other tower users. Lessee shall bear the entire <br />cost of compliance with this section of the Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br />lease for the purposes expressed herein, on the day and year <br />written above. <br />-2- <br />
