<br />ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption of
<br />a County Ordinance amending the Land Use Ele-
<br />ment of the Comprehensive Plan by redesignat
<br />ingland from:
<br />LD -1, "Low Density Residential 1" (up to
<br />3 units/acre) to "Commercial." The sub-
<br />ject property presently owned by Ber-
<br />nard C. St. Pierre and Jeanette M. St.
<br />h Pierre, Is located on the west side of 27th
<br />Avenue S.W. (State Road 607) approxi-
<br />mately % mile south of 8th Street S.W.
<br />(Oslo Road}
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Th. East 10 acres of Tract 8, Section 27,
<br />Township 33 South. Range 39 East, as
<br />the same is designated on the Last Gen-
<br />eral Plat of Lands of the Indian River
<br />Farms Company, filed in the Office of the
<br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25,
<br />less and except the South 662 feet and
<br />right-of-way of S.R. 607 (27th Avenue) as

<br />A public hearing at which parties in interest

<br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS
<br />The applicants, Bernard C. and Jeanette M. St. Pierre, are
<br />requesting to amend the Comprehensive Plan by redesignating
<br />approximately 4.6 acres located on the west side of 27th
<br />(Emerson) Avenue and one-fourth mile south of -Oslo Road from
<br />LD -1, Low -Density Residential 1 (up to 3 units/acre), to
<br />Commercial. The subject property is currently zoned C-1,
<br />Commercial District.
