MAY 16 1994 BOOK 5" 'WE116 <br />P R O C LA M A T I O N <br />HONORING JOSEPH.W. CONDRON <br />SECTION CHIEF, VETERANS ADMINISTRATION - <br />WHEREAS, on May 31, 1984, Mr. Joseph W. Condron will be <br />retiring from his post as Section Chief for the Florida Regional <br />Office of the Veteran's Administration of the United States of <br />America; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Condron began in the Regional Office in St. <br />Petersburg, Florida as a Claims Adjudicator in the 19501s, and <br />will leave behind a record of achievement and undaunted service <br />• spanning some thirty one years; and <br />WHEREAS, today, Joseph Condron is widely regarded for <br />his outstanding knowledge and expertise in Veteran's <br />Administration laws, rules, and procedure - an expertise which he <br />_ has never hesitated to share with service officers and others <br />across all sixty-seven counties of the State of Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, Joseph Condron is truly well liked and <br />- respected by all those with whom he has come in contact, and will <br />be sorely missed in his professional capacity; and <br />WHEREAS, it is altogether fitting and proper that the <br />Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the local VA Service <br />Office, and on behalf of all Veterans, their families and loved <br />ones, convey the gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Condron he so <br />richly deserves. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Mr. Joseph W. <br />Condron be and is hereby duly honored and extended appreciation <br />and warm regards for an important and vital service well <br />performed; and the Board further extends its best wishes to Mr. <br />Condron in his retirement and in all future endeavors. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By �J G <br />Don C.
