Sec. 8 Existing Housing Rental Assist. Program - Annual <br />Contributions <br />The Board reviewed the following memo of the Executive <br />Director of the Housing Authority: <br />TO: Board of County ,a DATE: May 1, 1984 FILE: <br />Commissioners <br />THRU: Mike Wright <br />County Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Section 8 Existing Housing <br />Rental Assistance Program <br />Annual Contributions FY 84 <br />Revision 1. <br />FROM: Edward J. gan REFERENCES: <br />Executive Director <br />IRC Housing Authority <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorized the submission <br />of Forms 52672 (.Estimate of Required Annual Contribution) and <br />52673 (Estimate of Total Required Annual Contributions) to HUD <br />on 7/6/83 as required by our Annual Contributions Contract A-3409.. <br />The requisition and approval of these funds covered our Section 8 <br />Housing Assistance Program for FY 1984. <br />On November 2, 1983, the Fair Market Rents: were increased <br />but for the purpose of computing administrative fees were made <br />.retro -active to March 29, 1983. It is for this reason that we <br />are requesting the Board to approve a revision to the HUD forms <br />as stated above. The revision increases the administrative fee <br />line item to accommodate the increased fees earned due to the <br />revised fair market rents. <br />I respectfully request the Board of County Commissioners' <br />concurrence in the execution of Forms 52672 and 52673 by the <br />Chairman. <br />
