The Board of County Commissioners thereupon recessed at <br />12:40 o'clock P.M. for lunch and reconvened at 2:00 o'clock <br />P.M. with the same members present, Commissioner Bowman <br />being absent. Deputy Clerk Virginia Hargreaves took over <br />from Deputy Clerk Barbara Bonnah for the remainder of the <br />meeting. <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />Commissioner Lyons reported that he had something <br />further he wished to add to the agenda, and he believed the <br />Chairman did also. <br />Chairman Scurlock had two items - one, the need to make <br />some contact with the City of Sebastian re our Transporta- <br />tion thoroughfare plan as it seems they are continuing to <br />allow development to occur in right-of-ways we may need for <br />the future, and secondly, the need to give Congressman <br />Nelson some direction on the referendum issue re beach <br />renourishment. <br />Commissioner Lyons wished to add a report on the <br />actions of the Transportation Planning Committee meeting of <br />May 8th. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) added the above three items to the agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF SOLIN & ASSOCIATES - PUD REGULATIONS, ETC. <br />Attorney Brandenburg reported that Solin & Associates, <br />who were retained by the County to draft amendments to the <br />Residential Zoning Code (actually almost a total rewrite of <br />that part of the Code), have submitted their draft to the <br />Planning Department; Planning is about done with their <br />comments and ready to go to workshop on these residential <br />65 <br />MAY 2 3 1984 BOOK 57 PAGE 184 <br />
