Discussion continued as to the funds, and the Admin- <br />istrator repeated that we can absorb Phase II without any <br />problem from existing unfilled salary positions in the <br />Planning Department, but for the rest we would have to go to <br />the Reserve for Contingencies. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) authorized Solin & Associates to proceed <br />with Phase II (PUD Regulations) at an estimated <br />cost of $7,750.00, the funds to come from the <br />regular Planning operations by a line to line <br />transfer within the department. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) authorized Solin & Associates to proceed <br />with Phase IV (Site Plan Criteria and Proced- <br />ures); subject to finding the necessary funds. <br />It was noted that staff will come back to the Board and <br />report on where they found the funds for Phase IV. <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION 83-63 - $5,700,000 REVENUE BONDS <br />Attorney Brandenburg noted that in the past the Board <br />adopted a Resolution providing for refunding of certain <br />bonds for the Administration Building and the Courthouse. <br />This was validated, but subsequently it became apparent that <br />refunding was not going to be feasible, and our financial <br />advisors now have advised us to look at the possibility of <br />issuing junior lien bonds and senior lien bonds together for <br />the purpose of the refunding. The proposed Resolution makes <br />the necessary changes to the original resolution calling for <br />MAY 23 1984 <br />BOOK 57 FADE 188 <br />
