RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 10 9 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against_ the_following <br />described lands, which were purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization <br />Program from Fannie Mae a/k/a Federal National Mortgage Association by the <br />Indian River County Housing Authority are hereby cancelled pursuant to the <br />authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Special Warranty Deed describing <br />lands, recorded in Book 2428 at Page 1477, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher, and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Wesley S.
