Scurlock, Jr. <br />Chairman, Indian River <br />County Board of County Commissioners RE: <br />1840 -25th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Dear Mr. Scurlock: <br />May 16, 1984 <br />750,000 Gallon Elevated Water <br />Storage Tank and Water Mains <br />South County System (revised) <br />Project U 84-1 <br />This letter amends the previous Letter of Conditions dated April 21, 1982, <br />concerning improvements to the South County System. <br />Based on the revised above referenced project, the loan docket may be <br />completed on the basis of a loan in the amount of approximately $871,200, <br />with the County generating Utility Impact Fees of approximately $646,000, <br />and developer contributions being collected in an approximate amount <br />of $1,342,700. <br />Prior to beginning construction or prior to closing of the FmHA loan, <br />whichever occurs first, the County will furnish evidence that 8369 water <br />users have agreed to pay monthly charges for services to be received from <br />the total facility being financed. <br />A rate schedule will be adopted by the County providing for the user rates <br />as shown in Appendix "A" attached. <br />Please complete and return the attached Form FmHA 442-46, "Letter of Intent <br />to Meet Conditions," if you desire to have further consideration given your <br />revised project application request. <br />Sincerely, <br />�..Y '� %� .a y�.'� DISTRISUTION LIST <br />''CHARLIE B.
