AGREEMENT W/FLORIDA LAND CO. - JUNGLE TRAIL <br />Attorney Brandenburg noted that this agreement has been <br />in controversy for sometime. The proposed agreement has <br />been before the Scenic Roads & Trails Committee and they <br />recommended adoption. The Agreement establishes the <br />county's right to the roadway, the extent of the roadway for <br />the duration of the Florida Land Company's property, and at <br />the same time straightens up some title questions Florida <br />Land had because of the uncertainty of the roadway. <br />Commissioner Bird commented that at sometime he would <br />like this brought back before the Board so we could see the <br />areas to be stabilized. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) approved the Agreement with Florida <br />Land Company re Jungle Trail and authorized <br />the signature of the Chairman. <br />(SAID AGREEMENT IS.
