RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 1 0 5 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization <br />Program from Deutshe Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the <br />registered holders of Morgan Stanley Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-2 Mortgage <br />Pass -Through Certificates, Series 2007-2 by the Indian River County Housing <br />Authority are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Special Warranty Deed and <br />Supporting Affidavit of Power of Attorney <br />describing lands, recorded in Book 2435 at Page <br />1561, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Wesley S.
