RESOLUTION NO. 2010-110 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization <br />Program from U.S. Bank National Association, as successor Trustee to Bank of <br />America, N.A. as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for <br />Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset -Backed <br />Certificates, Series 2007-5 by the Indian River County Housing Authority are <br />hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Special Warranty Deed describing <br />lands, recorded in Book 2429 at Page 1728, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Wesley S.
