Scurlock, Jr;. <br />'hairman' <br />1984. --- <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that these modifications <br />to the Standard Building Code are updated annually and <br />presented by Building Director Ester Rymer who will be back <br />with the 1985 revision when it is finished; this is just for <br />the interim. <br />Director Rymer advised that these 1983 and 1984 <br />revisions by Southern Building Code Congress International, <br />Inc. will allow for smaller windows in homes. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked <br />if anyone wished to be heard in this matter.
