ORDINANCE 84-35 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 4-31 <br />OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CODE OF LAWS AND <br />ORDINANCES, ORDINANCE NUMBER 82-26, PROVIDING <br />FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE STANDARD BUILDING CODE, 1982 <br />EDITION AS MODIFIED BY THE 1983 AND 1984 REVISIONS <br />THERETO PROMULGATED BY THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE <br />CONGRESS INTERNATIONAL, INC. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that; <br />SECTION I <br />Adoption of Standard Building Code, 1982 Edition as <br />revised by the Southern Building Code Congress International, <br />Inc. 1983, 1984 revisions. <br />Ordinance Number 82-26, Section I of Indian River <br />County, Florida, constituting Section 4-31 of the Code of Laws and <br />Ordinances of Indian River County, is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />The Standard Building Code, 1982 Edition, as amended by <br />the 1983 and 1984 revisions, as published by the Southern Building <br />Code Congress International, Inc. is hereby adopted by reference <br />as the Indian River County, Florida, Building Code with the <br />modifications as hereinafter set forth. <br />SECTION II <br />INCLUSION AND CODE <br />This Ordinance may be renumbered and relettered for <br />the purpose of including it within the Code of Laws and Ordinances <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />SECTION II <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance shall become effective upon <br />notification to Indian River County that the Secretary of the <br />State of the State of Florida has received and filed the copy of <br />this Ordinance and their official records of the State of <br />Florida. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commisioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 1�th day of June, <br />1984. <br />JUN 13 1984 —1— aoox 57 F.vcF436 <br />
