<br />THIS LIEN, filed the 9th day of July 1981, by
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of
<br />Florida, pursuant to the authority of Chapter 65-1712,
<br />House Bill No. 638, Laws of Florida, for the cost incurred
<br />by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />to remove a nuisance structure from property located within
<br />Indian River County, and described as follows:

<br />subdivision of the northeast 1/4 of northeast 1/4
<br />of section 32, township 3 south, range 39 east.
<br />According to the plat thereof filed and of record
<br />in the office of the Clerk of the -Circuit Court
<br />of Indian River County, Florida; as recorded in
<br />O.R. Book 96, page 163, public records of Indian
<br />Riyer County, Florida.
<br />The names of the record owners of the above described property:
<br />WILLIAM COPELAND MINNIS, JR. and SARAH YVONNE MINNIS
<br />THIS LIEN is filed to secure the payment of TWO THOUSAND
<br />TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE AND 42/100 DOLLARS ($2,245.42), against
<br />the owners by the undersigned, for the costs of demolitiAn and
<br />removal' against the real property.
<br />THIS LIEN shall, from the date of filing, accrue interest
<br />at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum, until the total
<br />amount, including interest, has b4Ren paid.
