ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL HEARING BOARD <br /> Membership: Set by Chapter 85-427, Special Acts, Laws of Florida (1985). The Board <br /> shall consist of 5 members all of whom must be residents and registered voters of <br /> Indian River County. Members of the board, while serving, shall not become <br /> candidates for the election to any public office, nor hold any other appointive office or <br /> position under federal, state, county, or municipal government, except for an office or <br /> position on a governmental board having advisory powers only. The composition and <br /> representative membership is as follows: <br /> Terms: Set by Section 103.02, IRC Code. Each member currently serves a 2-year term. <br /> An ordinance is being proposed to change the terms to 4 years, staggered. <br /> Expiration of 4-Year Term <br /> Current 2-Year If Proposed <br /> MemberjMembership Categories: Term Expires Ordinance Is Approved <br /> Cynthia VanDeVoorde Hall January, 2012 January, 2013 <br /> Lawyer (duly licensed to practice <br /> law in Florida) recommended to <br /> the Board by the County Bar <br /> Association <br /> Dr. Matthew Zoffer January, 2013 January, 2015 <br /> Medical doctor, recommended to the <br /> Board by the County Medical Society <br /> Patrick Walther January, 2012 January, 2013 <br /> Engineer, recommended to the Board <br /> Richard D.
