Wednesday, June 20, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, June 20, 1984, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present - <br />were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice <br />Chairman; William C. Wodtke, Jr., and Richard N. Bird. <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman was absent due to illness. <br />Also present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; <br />Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County <br />Commissioners; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, Intergovernmental <br />Relations Director; Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB Director; and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend Fred McClellan, First Presbyterian Church, <br />gave the invocation, and Commissioner Wodtke led the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Chairman Scurlock requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a Proclamation in honor of Bamma Lawson's 102nd <br />birthday. <br />Administrator Wright requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a brief discussion re a change order on the 16th <br />Street bike path, which was brought to his attention Monday. - <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a discussion re a contract with West Utilities, <br />Inc., which is necessary prior to the actual signing of the <br />contracts for the SR -60 waterline. <br />JUN 2 0 1984 aooK 57 F,�IIE 462 j <br />
