Tuesday, July 3, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Special Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Tuesday, July 3, 1984, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice <br />Chairman; Richard N. Bird; and William C.,Wodtke, Jr. <br />Absent was Margaret C. Bowman due to illness. Also present <br />were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Gary <br />Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB Director; and Virginia Hargreaves, <br />Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Commis- <br />sioner Bird led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />The Chairman asked for any additions to the agenda, and <br />there were none. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 6, <br />1984. There were none. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, to approve the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of June 6, 1984, as written. <br />Commissioner Wodtke noted that he had not had an <br />opportunity to read the Minutes listed on the agenda today, <br />but he would vote for their approval. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
